The calculator functions as a regular calculator, but also provides the option to convert between yen and foreign currencies. To use the yen ⇔ foreign currency conversion, users need to input the exchange rate between the foreign currency and yen. Pressing the "￥" key will input "Y" (representing yen) in the equation, while pressing the "Ｃ" key will input "C" (representing the corresponding foreign currency unit). For example, entering "3000Y" will represent 3000 yen (the yen part), and entering "200C" will represent "200 dollars" (the foreign currency part, assuming dollars as the foreign currency). It is important to note that a symbol must always follow the number. Inputting "Y3000" in reverse order will not be accepted.

By pressing "円＝" (yen equals), the calculator will convert the foreign currency part of the equation into yen and calculate the result. Pressing "外＝" (foreign equals) will convert the yen part of the equation into the foreign currency. If the equation does not contain "Y" or "C", both "円＝" and "外＝" will yield the same unchanged result.

Additionally, the calculator supports percentage calculations. For example, inputting "10%" will convert it to 0.01 and calculate with that value. The program also allows users to store up to 10 exchange rates.

Please note that an update to the advertising SDK in October 2012 may cause abnormalities in the display of ads for versions prior to October. Users of older versions are advised to update to the latest version.
